How much does it cost to post an event?
Nothing. Posting an event or creating a private page is free. Only featuring and partner spots are paid, and optional.
Why doesn't my event appear right away?
Our team reviews every new event, usually within the day, to prevent scams. You get a message as soon as it is live. Verified organisers post without waiting.
My event was rejected: what should I do?
The reason is sent to you by message and shown in "My events". Fix the event and send it again.
How do I become a verified organiser?
After a few events published without issues, or on request via WhatsApp for well-known venues and organisers. The green badge reassures the public and you post without review.
Can my wedding stay private?
Yes: create a private page. It appears neither in the listings nor on Google; only people you send the link to can see it, and only you see the guests' replies.
How do I feature my event?
In "My events", tap "Feature this event" and choose a package. We contact you on WhatsApp for payment; the event is featured as soon as payment is received.
Someone is asking me to pay to post: is that djamako.ml?
No. Posting is free and we never collect money outside the site or a Selectic invoice. Report that message to us on WhatsApp.
How do I get the weekend's outings?
Subscribe to the Thursday email from the home page, or install the app on your phone. The email comes in French and English.
An event looks fake or dangerous.
Tap "Report" at the bottom of the event page. After several reports, the event is taken down while we check.
How do I delete my account?
From the "Data deletion" page: your account, events and private pages are erased.
